We are seeking a full time paid search specialist. If you are results-driven, strive to constantly expand your knowledge, and love thinking up new strategies and experimenting with them, then we would love to hear from you. The right candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating workloads, while balancing managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. This role reports directly to the SVP, Media Investments. 


responsibilities:

  • Create and manage all Paid Search campaigns: Google AdWords, Google Display & Retargeting, Bing Search 
  • Write ad copy for Paid Search campaigns 
  • Devise new strategies and tactics to lower client's cost per conversion/acquistion and/or increase the volume of their conversions 
  • Responsible for campaign reporting in Google Analytics and Google Data Studio 
  • Accountable for the delivery of all projects to agreed deadlines 
  • Ability to teach, train and counsel clients on best practices or new features and processes 
  • Must be an excellent cultural fit – high levels of integrity, autonomy, self-motivation, positive team player able to work in an integrated Media team 


qualifications:

Strategy:

  • Google Certification 
  • 3-5 years of experience managing paid search 
  • Current on latest industry trends and news
  • Ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environment 
  • Ability to develop search marketing plans for clients that include goals, specific campaign strategies, recommended tactics, budgets and timelines 
  • Must thrive in fast-paced environment 
  • Polished demeanor with clients
  • Proven experience in managing campaign pacing and budgets 

Execution:

  • Strong organizational skills: able to organize, plan and prioritize daily, weekly and monthly tasks 

  • Comprehensive understanding of conversion rates, cost per conversion and ROAS 
  • Understanding of Google Analytics reporting, configuration, and custom reporting 
  • The ability to strategize and then execute those strategies and test their results 
  • Understanding of a/b experiments and statistical significance 
  • Familiarity with industry tools for paid search and social 
  • Deep understanding of keywords research, best industry tools and best practices 
  • Familiarity with Google AdWords Editor and building new accounts from existing shells for customers in the same industries 
  • Strong analytical skills, balanced with a creative side

  • Experience with conversion rate optimization and a/b testing landing pages 

  • Familiarity with SEMRush or Spyfu

  • Familiarity with CallRail call tracking software 
  • Familiarity with AdEspresso
