account manager


We are looking for a highly motivated, analytically‐driven, pro-active individual to join a fast-growing integrated agency team (PR, Social Activation, Creative, Media). Day‐to‐day responsibilities include client service and management, project stewardship, budget tracking and helping to manage project deliverables across all departments. 


  • Coordinate with agency team members to develop project schedules for all client deliverables
  • Serve as liaison between client and all internal departments for the tactical execution of all campaigns
  • Provide day‐to‐day management of assigned accounts; campaign deliverable management, relevant administrative documents
  • Track that campaign and client deliverables are on track
  • Evaluate competitive advertising/communications and provide insights that impact campaign strategy and execution
  • Monitor project budgets to ensure efficient delivery of project deliverables
  • Ensure the accuracy of client invoicing for all services
  • Engage with clients and work collaboratively to exceed expectations

desired experience:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in an agency, client-side setting, marketing background preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and project management skills
  • The ability to multi‐task
  • Passion for understanding how marketing analytics can help drive business
  • Proven track record working as a member of a team
  • A bachelor’s degree from a four‐year college or university
